Original half leather binding. Gilt lettering to leather spine with top and tail rubbed. Upper board slightly loose and hinges cracked. All edges speckled. Previous owner's neat ex libris plate to front fixed endpaper. Closed tear of approximately 8 cm to the front free endpaper. Wide margins with very occasional previous owner's annotation in pencil. Some very minor browning to a few pages. Overall good; ideal for enthusiasts of local history. pp. vii + 205 pp. + errata to rear.
