Four raised bands to the spines with blind and gilt tooling. Rubbing to the covers and spines, wearing to the corners and spines, one raised band missing from volume one. Marbled endpapers with bookplate. Engraving frontispiece and engravings throughout. Repair has been carried out. Volume I - 531 pp. Volume II - 482 pp. Volume III - 527 pp. Volume VI - 519 pp. Quirky presentation set.
