Illustrated vignette to title page. New Edition, with additional illustrations. Numerous illustrations throughout. Cover and spine are rubbed and the cloth has areas of both fading and darkening. Lifting to top edge of hinge and bumping to spine edges and corners. Spotting to prelims with occasional spotting throughout. Light thumbing to some pages and a little toning. Otherwise clean. Overall good condition. 535 pp. Beautifully illustrated copy of a scarce book.
