Beautiful Kings binding by J. Wright in half burgundy morocco with ornate gilt tooled detail to the spine.  All edge gilt. 60 hand-coloured aquatint plates, many of which are heightened in gold. Extremities lightly rubbed, and faint very occasional spotting to pages. Colours bright and vivid. Overall fine condition. Armorial bookplate Christopher Turner, Stoke Rochford Library; plus Gloucester bookplate. From the collection of descendants of Their Majesties King George V and Queen Mary.
