Small split to top edge of spine, cloth is lifting there just affecting the lettering. Binding rubbed, patches of fading and darkening although not extreme. Edge wear. Spotting to endpapers. Shading to title and facing page, where a newspaper clipping has been kept. Pages lightly and uniformly toned, with infrequent spotting. Advertisements to rear have foxing to lower edge. Overall good condition. 243 + xii pp. Recipes/descriptions include that of 'Apricock Wine'; 'Beer Soup'; 'Rum Booze'; Absinthe; Sake; Vodka and more. A quirky and scarce book.
