Consisting of such as were never before printed in Twelves. With Some Account of the Life and Writings of the Author. Scarce 1753, Early Edition. All three volumes bound in full leather with gilt ruled border to the front and rear boards, ornate gilt decoration and title bands to the spine. Leather is rubbed and worn with the gilt border and decoration to the spine faded, title bands missing with the exception of volume three which is partly missing. Marble end-papers with book plates to the front of all three volumes. Pages toned consistent with the age of the book otherwise clean throughout. Overall a good set.
