Dated 1790 possibly First Edition. Original full leather binding which given the books age is in remarkable condition. Slight surface wear to the boards and title band missing to the spine. Book plate to the front paste down. Slight staining to the front end-papers and to the first two pages possibly caused by damp otherwise a good clean copy. Frontispiece portraiture of La Duchesse de Polignac. pp. 126. A beautiful little volume with French text.
