A classic from one of golf's best-known writers, this time decorated with charming illustrations by E.W. Mitchell. Lovely fawn clothbound boards with a visible grain - maroon titling and black images to front board. Gilt titling to spine - spine itself slightly darkened with bumping to extremities, but otherwise well preserved. Previous owner's inscription to ffep. Tanning to endpapers but otherwise perfectly pristine throughout despite age. Overall, a very good copy with wonderfully bold boards; a perfect gift for a golf enthusiast.
