Forty Seventh Edition. Original yellow paper wrappers clean and in overall good condition. For some reason there are small holes, possibly caused by a stapler, to the extremities of the front cover, to the prelims and to the rear pages from page 523 and to the rear cover. Spine a little cracked with minor loss to the top and base. Pages 3 to 30 are a little loose. Binding is still fairly tight. Previous owners' neat pencil inscription to the top of the title page and slight abrasive wear to page 7. Pages otherwise are lightly toned but clean throughout. pp. 535. Overall a good copy. Ideal for the first time collector.
