First Edition. Original brown cloth boards with striking pictorial to the front and titles to the spine. In overall good condition with just a little discolouration and a small mark to the front. Top and base of the spine is slightly frayed and the titles are a little faded. Decorative endpapers with previous owners' inscription to the front free endpaper. There is some foxing throughout although the pages are generally very clean. Illustrated. pp. xxi + 288 + vi + adverts. Overall a good copy.
