The First Adventure Of The Famous Five. Tenth Impression. The illustrated dust jacket is in good condition despite chipping to the top and base of the spine, and minor discolouration to the front. The original red cloth boards with printed titles in black show a little wear to the spine otherwise in excellent condition. Slight foxing to the fore-edge of the text block. Beautifully illustrated endpapers have no previous owner's bookplates or inscriptions. The pages are very clean throughout with just the very occasional spot of foxing to the margins of the text. Beautifully illustrated by Eileen A. Soper. pp. 191. A lovely copy.
