St Mary's Books are incredibly proud to present this rare 2014 edition of "Sensuous Lines: A Catalogue Raisonne of the intaglio prints of John Buckland Wright". Published by The Fleece Press, this is copy F, part of six copies containing extra prints which were not for sale, making this item particularly scarce. Housed in a beige linen clamshell case, this copy is bound in a quarter vellum with a false Suminagashi marbled paper made for the book by Antonio Velez Celemin in Madrid. This book is accompanied by four original prints in a blue paper folder, alongside five aditional original prints in a separate folder. Within the pages of this book, the viewer is treated to a collection of the surviving copper plates left in John Buckland Wright's studio at the time of his death, compiled by his son, Christopher, into this fascinating 284 page full catalogue which won Best British Book at the BPIF Book Awards in the year of its publication. This copy is in very good condition, with few notable blemishes or imperfections it appears virtually as-new. "Sensuous Lines" is looking for a new home and would make for the perfect gift for any art enthusiast.
