Stallions And Mares in fourteen volumes from 1892 to 1920 ( volume IX to XXXV ) with volumes 1910 and 1913 missing. The 1917 and 1918 are bound in one volume as are the 1919 and 1920. Original burgundy cloth binding with gilt emblem to the front and gilt titles to the spines. The binding is in overall good condition to all volumes with the exception of the following, a little discolouration to the 1892, the 1904 has slight staining to the top of the spine, discolouration to the front board on 1907, the 1908 has a closed tear to the spine effecting the gilt titles. Decorative end-papers with errata label pasted to the front paste down on the 1892. Bindings are still fairly tight. There is the occasional spot of foxing and thumb mark otherwise the pages are clean and bright throughout. A wonderful set.
