Containing Upwards Of Two Thousand Complete And Distinct Articles. Hard Back Dated 1871. Original green cloth boards in a good clean condition and with minimal wear. Spine has red title band which is a little worn, shelf wear to the top and base. Front board and spine partly detached from the text block. Presentation label dated 1881 to the front paste down. There is the occasional spot of foxing throughout predominately to the prelims and towards the rear. Pages otherwise are very clean and beautifully illustrated throughout. pp. 299 + publishers' list.
