First Edition. A humorous look at the game of golf. Quarter bound in dark green cloth with paper covered boards with pictorial to the front. The boards are in a good clean condition despite a little foxing to the front, minor loss of paper to the top right hand corner. The deep green cloth spine has a little wear to the extremities with slight split along the front outer hinge. The front board is still fairly tight to the text block. There is the occasional spot of foxing throughout especially to the prelims otherwise pages are clean throughout. Illustrations are wonderfully sharp. Overall a good copy of this famous work.
