No external wear; handsome dust jacket covered with removable transparent plastic protective cover. Underneath lie similarly pristine quarterbound black cloth and blue boards with silver gilt titling to spine. Not price clipped. A few small marks to top edge of text block but no loss and this does not encroach upon the pages themselves. Appears unread, some pages untrimmed. No marks or flaws within. Chapters decorated with fleur-de-lis motifs. Overall, a fine edition of a fantastic detective novel.
