Together with part II. A Brief Description of the town of Tottenham Highcrosse in Middlesex together with an historical narration, originally published in 1631. this copy published 1718 63 pp. Handsomely bound in original full calf binding with embossed decorative detail to the boards, this copy neatly re-backed with a later leather spine. There is a little toning to the pages consistent with the books age with a little creasing towards the rear. Otherwise a good clean copy. A scarce history of Stamford seldom seen. Part of the library of Prof. Alan Rogers. A very good clean example free from loss.
