Hard Back. Original blue cloth boards with small gilt pictorial and titles to the front and gilt titles and decorative pattern to the spine. The boards although sound do show some discolouration with a little bumping to the corners, light shelf wear to the top and base of the spine. Previous owners' signature to the front free endpaper and inscription dated 1911 to the verso. There is some foxing to the prelims and to the first few pages otherwise the pages are clean and beautifully illustrated by Alice B. Woodward. pp. 256. Overall a good reading copy.
