Including Recent Poems, with biographical notes. Beautifully bound in half vellum with red cloth boards, ornate gilt decoration and red title band to the spine. In overall good condition despite a little discolouration to the vellum. Top edge of the text block gilt and still bright. Internally the binding is tight. There is a newspaper clipping of the Rev. Mowbray Smith pasted to the front free endpaper together with a letter signed by the Rev Mowbray Smith (A Christmas gift from the Reverend). Pages are in a good clean condition with the very occasional spot of foxing. Illustrated with a frontispiece portrait of the author. pp. 630. Overall a very good copy in a beautiful binding.
