Beautiful presentation binding in full burgundy leather with decorative gilt border and gilt coat of arms to the front. In overall good condition despite a little wear to the corners and spine however the leather has faded with a light mark to the gilt. All edges of the text block gilt and still fairly bright. Marbled endpapers with presentation label dated 1909 to the front paste down. There is a little cracking to the internal hinge making page 59 a little loose. Pages toned although clean and illustrated throughout. pp. vi + 276 + 4. Overall a good copy.
