Hard Back. Bound in the publisher's original brown cloth with printed black pictorial to the front and gilt titles to the spine. The binding is in good condition although it has darkened over time. Front and rear endpapers are toned with previous owners' signature to the front free endpaper. Pages however are clean throughout. Beautifully illustrated with 15 tipped in colour plates by Frank Brangwyn each with their own tissue guard. Each page including the title page is beautifully illustrated and mimics the front board. Unpaginated. Overall a beautiful book.
