...Collected and methodized by John Tracy Atkyns, of Lincoln's Inn, Esq; Cursitor Baron of the Exchequer. With Notes and References, and Three Tables; one of the several Titles with their Divisions, another of the Names of the Cases, and a third of the Principal Matters. Vol. I. published 1765, Vol. II. published 1767. An unusual, heavy set of a larger size, featuring thick leaves and hardy boards. Previously used in set design. Condition as follows - this description is uniform and applies to both volumes. 
Both boards and ffep detached. Foxing to ffep and title page. First few leaves shows signs of discolouration, though text is bright and clear. Boards with heavy marking and loss. Six raised bands to spine. Evidence of blind tooling to boards and edges.
Overall, this is a set of two hefty and unusual books, common to find in such a condition.
Despite heavy cosmetic damage, this set is of considerable age and scarcity, and may be restored with rebinding.
