With A Life And Notes by Richard Lord Braybrooke. New Edition. In Four Volumes. All four volumes are uniformly bound in half-tan leather with red marble paper-covered boards. Ornate gilt tooling, red and brown title bands, and five raised bands to the spine. All are in good condition although rubbed and worn to the extremities. All edges of the text block are marbled, and slightly darkened along the top edge. Marbled endpapers. Internally the binding is tight. Although lightly toned, pages are clean throughout with just the occasional spot of foxing. Overall a good set.
