New Edition. Handsomely bound presentation copy bound in rich tan leather with decorative gilt borders and coat of arms to the front board. Ornate gilt tooling and a black title band between five raised bands to the spine. The leather is a little discoloured in places although in good condition. All edges of the text block and endpapers are marbled with presentation label to the front pastedown dated 1888. Internally the binding is tight and the pages are clean throughout. pp. xviii + 415. Overall a good copy.
