Air Base is a mid-Atlantic refuelling station, from which a lift leads a mile down to the underwater observatory of the Submarine city. The Story tells of how the base and the crew are captured by Modern Pirates, an international gang whose purpose is to find lost treasure under the sea. Previous owners name to the front free endpaper, not un-price clipped, with a fabulous colour frontispiece with 247 pp. A fabulous is a little worn jacket showing the underwater city. It's a scare book to find with the original jacket.
