First Edition Hard Back. The title page carries the title Comrades In Arms Stories of Biggles of the R.A.F., Worrels of the W.A.A.F and King of the Commandos. The illustrated dustjacket is a little worn with closed tears and chipping to the extremities. Not price clipped. Original blue cloth boards slightly bumped along the base otherwise in good condition. There has been a blank label fixed to the front free endpaper which covers a previous owner's signature or inscription. Minor toning to the endpapers and a little foxing throughout otherwise a good clean copy, with colour illustrated frontispiece and title page on pale green coated paper. There are a further six double page coloured illustrations. pp. 227. Overall a good reading copy. This is the only Captain Johns to feature Biggles, Gimlet, and Worrals although not all three appear in the same story.
