Hardback. Sixth Impression. All volumes are uniformly bound in blue cloth although generally in good condition do show a little wear, small closed tear to the top of the spine to volume four. Each volume has a previous owner's bookplate to the front free endpaper. There is a little foxing throughout however the pages are overall clean. Volume I: Crows to Firecrest, 326pp. Vol. II: Warblers to Owls, 352pp. Vol. III: Hawks to Ducks, 387pp. Vol. IV: Cormorants to Crane, 461pp. Volume V: Terns to Game-birds, pp. 381. A good reference set.
