Twenty-Fifth year of Publication. Scarce to find early volumes of this fascinating book on football. This copy has paper-covered boards which are chipped and worn to the extremities with a child's pencil mark to the front. The front board and spine have become detached from the text block which in turn makes the pages loose. The pages are toned with pen notation to pages, 18, 44 & 45, and 78 with a signature to one of the adverts however, the pages are generally clean. Adverts to the prelims and towards the rear. These early football annuals are similar to the Wisden Almanacks', full of information and stats on association football. A delicate but complete copy of a scarce football annual. pp. 174. Overall a fair copy.
