Hardbacks, 1948 reprints of the 1903 edition. Both volumes are complete with their dustjackets and are in good condition despite a little toning to the extremities and spines, price clipped. Rich green cloth boards with bright gilt titles to the spines are in excellent condition. Light pencil marks to the front free endpapers however the rest of the pages are very clean throughout. Volume I, pp. xlii + 419. Volume II, pp. 480. Overall a very good set.
