A two volume boxed set consisting of; The Guns Of August & The Proud Tower. Beautifully bound in black cloth with decorative gilt front boards and gilt titles to the spines. In overall good condition with very little wear and no sunning. Housed in a gold coloured slip case with slight surface wear to the base. Previous owners' signature and date to the front free end-paper's. Pages otherwise are clean and bright throughout. The Guns Of August pp. xii + 490. The Proud Tower pp. xiii + 505. Overall a good set. This set is heavy and will incur extra postage charges.
