Hardback. The beautifully illustrated boards with the front board depicting Rupert fishing are in very good condition. They show no marks or wear and the colours are bright and vivid. There is a little wear to the top and base of the spine. The endpapers and illustrations throughout are by Alfred Bestall. This book belongs to has been neatly filled in. Rupert's magic painting pages have been coloured in with the first two pages loose and cut down the margins of the left hand side. The rest of the pages are clean and in good condition. pp. 115. Overall a good copy of this much loved children's annual.
