Hardback. Handsomely bound in half brown leather with marble paper covered sides. Delicate floral gilt detail and titles to the spines. The leather is in good condition despite fading to the spines and a little off-setting to the front nad rear boards. All edges are gilt and still bright. The marbled endpapers are free of any bookplates or inscriptions. The text is double columned. There is the very occassional spot of foxing otherwise the pages are very clean throughout. Overall a very good two volume set.
