Hardback. 1943 reprint. The dust jacket which has been repurposed from another book, common in wartime, shows a little wear. Previous owner's name in pencil and then crossed out to the top of the front cover. Slight lean to the spine. The grey cloth boards with a printed design in red to the front are in good condition. Beautifully illustrated with a full page colour frontispiece and several black and white line drawings throughout, one of which has slightly been coloured in. The rest of the pages are very clean. pp. 95. Overall a lovely copy.
