This lovely hardback edition of "Deceptive Conceptions in Magic" by Stanley Collins is looking for a new home. This book has a pictoral board - a whimsical illustration of Collins writing his own name, with a photograph of his face pasted in. Inside the book, one finds 112 pages of text, peppered with helpful illustrations by "Alba". This book is in fair condition - there is wearing to the boards, the spine is damaged, there are pencil insciptions to the cover and inside, and there is offsetting to the final page. However, overall this is a very readable copy - and would make for the perfect gift for any collectors of rare magic books, or for any budding conjurers.
