The spine is worn with small pieces missing down the rear outer hinge with fraying to the top and base. There is a neat inscription to the front free endpaper dated 1912. The rest of the pages are clean despite the very occasional spot of foxing. Beautifully illustrated with eight full page colour plates, two of which are loose. pp. 183. Overall a good copy.
