First edition hardback bound in green cloth with gold embossed title to spine. Complete with a glossy printed pictorial dust jacket which is price-clipped. Black and white photographic images throughout. The jacket has some shelf wear to edges, particularly the bottom edge with a small closed tear to the base of the rear cover. Very slight fading along the extremities to the green cloth. Inscription signed by Raymond Mays to the front free endpaper, dated February 1963. The rest of the pages are clean throughout and the binding tight.
