This lovely 1912 first edition of "A List of Motor Cars Manufactured or Sold in the United Kingdom 1906-1912" is now in the possession of St Mary's Books. This hardback book is bound in a bright red cloth, and features gold gilt lettering and decorations to its cover. Inside, one finds 96 pages of text, which details the Maker's H. P., the R. A. C. Horsepower Rating, the Bore, the Stroke, the Number of Cylinders, the Year of Manufacture and the Maker's List Prices of "practically every car (British or Foreign) manufactured since 1906 and used in the United Kingdom". This little book is in fair to good condition, as there is significant fading to the spine, some staining to the boards, and signs of yellowing to the pages - however, overall this certainly remains a clean and readable copy which is in more than fair condition given its age and rarity. This book is looking for a new home, and would be the perfect gift for any historical car enthusiasts.
