This lovely edition of "Rolls-Royce 1904-2004 a century of innovation", a work created by the company to celebrate the centenary of the first meeting of Henry Royce and the Hon Charles Rolls, is now in the possession of St Mary's Books. The eye-catching cover of this paperback book features a collage of images - from aeroplanes and jet engines to personal correspondence between Rolls and Royce, to black and white photographs of the men themselves. Inside, one finds a mixture of black and white archival photography as well as full colour images all pulled from the Rolls-Royce archive, taking the reader on a journey from the inception of the company to the modern day. This copy is in very good condition, and apart from some slight bumping to its corners, there are no other notable blemishes or imperfections. This bookis looking for a new home, and would be the perfect gift for any Rolls-Royce enthusiast.
