Hardback. First Edition. A Course of Six Lectures Adapted To A Juvenile Auditory Delivered At The Royal Institution At Xmas 1913. A handsome copy bound in deep blue cloth with bright gilt titles and pictorial to the front. Gilt titles and vignette to the spine. The binding appears in a good clean condition with the front board clean and bright despite a little fading. The spine has slightly faded with wear along the top front and rear external edge with a minor blemish to the rear board. The text block is still fairly tight and the pages are very clean. Illustrated with diagrams and several black and white photographic images. Paper eclipse observer insert to page 114. pp. xvi + 304. Overall a good copy.
