Hardback. The Fifth Edition, circa 1913, entirely revised. Handsomely bound in cloth with white printed titles to the front. The binding does show some wear and discolouration, especially to the rear. There are two neat signatures and dates to the front paste down,1913 and 1930. The text block is a little loose with cracking to the internal hinge, and page 118 has a large closed tear along the hinge. The pages are clean, despite the occasional spot of foxing.There is a folding "The Mechanical Features Of A Motor Car" to the front and adverts towards the rear. Illustrated with several diagrams and photographic images. pp. 297 + xvii. Overall an interesting copy full of hints and tips, ideal for any motoring enthusiast.
