Bound in vivid green cloth with gold gilt lettering and decorations, this book is housed in a stunning pictoral dustjacket featuring an illustration of a vintage motor car in the countryside by Sidney Robertson Rodger. Inside, one finds 240 pages of text (including indices) supplemented by black and white photographs, telling the story of the vintage motor car. This book is in good condition - apart from some very minor foxing on the free endpapers, the book is otherwise remarkably clean and well-preserved. The dustjacket, on the other hand, can only be described as fair, as its edges are very worn and fragile. This lovely book is looking for a new home, and would make for a perfect gift.
