This lovely 1951 first edition of "Formula 3: A Record of 500 c.c. Racing" by C. A. N. May is now in the possession of St Mary's Books. Bound in red cloth with gold gilt lettering to the spine, this hardback book is housed in its original red dustjacket, featuring a black and white photograph of a formula 3 race. Inside, one finds 210 pages of text, supplemented by black and white photographs and tables of figures to tell the story of C. A. N. May's experiences in 500 c.c. racing. This book is in very good condition, and has few notable blemishes or imperfections, however the dustjacket is worn and bumped and thus can only be described as fair to good. This book is looking for a new home, and would make for a lovely gift for any motor racing enthusiast.
