The dust jacket designed by John Ward is in good condition despite small closed tears and wear along the top edge of the spine. Price clipped. Underneath lie green cloth boards with minor discolouration along the front fore-edge, although generally clean and in good condition. Lean to the spine. The text block is tight and free of any marks along the top and fore-edge. There is the slightest hint of foxing to the prelims, otherwise a good clean copy. pp. 281. Overall a lovely copy.
