This 1962 first edition of "Automobile Racing" by Rodney Walkerley is an ex-library copy housed in its original green dustjacket which features bright yellow illustrations of automobiles. Inside, one finds i-x and 230 pp. including an indices and several black and white photographs, telling the story of motor racing from its beginnings in the early 20th century until the 1962 publication of this book. This book is in good condition, the dustjacket has been well protected by the plastic sleeve and apart from the library paste downs on the free endpapers and some stamps, the copy remains clean. This book is looking for a new home and would make for a lovely gift.
