Maps to the endpapers and the occasional photographic plate. The binding is worn with a closed tear along the front hinge and light loss to the corners. Map of Spain to the endpapers with ink stamp and pen inscription to the front free endpaper with signature dated, 39 to the verso. The rest of the pages are lightly toned although clean throughout. pp. 284. Overall a fascinating account.
