Hardback. A First Edition copy of Sir Philip Joubert's autobiography, with an inscription from the author to the front free endpaper. A senior commander in The Royal Air Force in the 1930's and during the Second World War, this memoir recounts his experiences during the war. This copy is complete with it's dust jacket with a clean and bright front cover. There is, however, a little edge wear and slight chipping to the base of the spine. Underneath the red cloth boards show very little wear and the pages within are lightly toned although clean. illustrated with several photographic plates. pp. 280. Overall a very good copy. A must for any aviation enthusiast.
