Hardback. A fascinating man, for twenty five years the author has done nothing but study and write about aeronautics. He met and discussed the future with Wilbur and Orville Wright. He stood on the French coast beside Bleriot and he was present at the first aviation meeting at Rheims. This book is also profusely illustrated by the author. This copy is complete with a worn dust jacket, which has pieces missing. The red cloth boards underneath are faded but still present well. The pages within are lightly toned with the occasional spot of foxing although clean throughout. pp. xviii + 292. A must for any aviation enthusiast.
