Hardback. A 1933 Second edition, and part eight of The Official History of Australia in the war of 1914-18. This copy bound in burgundy cloth with bright gilt titles to the spine. The binding is overall in good condition despite a little bumping to the corners. There is a slight lean to the spine as well as a closed tear along the base. Internally the pages are very clean, illustrated with several plates in monotone and maps. pp. xxvii + 485. This edition documents the AFC's operations in France and the Middle East, highlighting No. 1's Squadron in Palestine and 1917-18 actions on the Western Front.
