Handsomely bound in rich brown cloth with titles to the front and spine. This copy does show a little wear to the top and base of the spine with the titles to the front and spine faded. However, the binding is in a very good clean condition and shows very little other wear. There is a previous owner's neat inscription to the front free end-paper while the rest of the pages are very clean. There is a little damage to the rear free endpapers. Illustrated throughout with diagrams, maps and photographic images, with a pocket to the rear containing a large folding map. pp. 207. Overall a good copy of a scarce title.
