The binding is in a good clean condition and shows just a little wear to the title band. While the pages within appear unread with no marks or inscriptions. pp. 111. Overall a very good copy. This work is largely based on letters collected by his aunt with a short family biography. Grider enlisted in aviation in June, 1917, recieved training at Rantoul Field, IL and England, Oxford, Grantham and Scotland and reached the front on May, 1918. Grider was killed in combat in June, 1918. A touching tribute to his memory.
